Within 14 days of you receiving your order, we offer refunds and exchanges on products that are received defective, damaged, or incorrect (i.e. if you have received the wrong item). In support of my small business, please understand that returns and refunds are not available for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return with refund/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in it's original packaging (if applicable). You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning an item for refund/exchange, you must contact us at hello@loueyslibrary.com to explain the issue with your order. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund rather than replacement, please note that the cost of shipping your original order will be deducted from your refund.
