Mack is a new member of a sheepdog pack and is keen to earn his place amongst the skilled and experienced older dogs. Unfortunately, his enthusiasm leads him astray and he finds himself lost amongst the scrubby bushland. Will Mack find his way home, or will be be lost in the hills forever?
A true story told in rhyme about a young Working Kelpie who gets lost whilst trying to prove himself as a capable new member of his pack. Mack’s owners search for him across the farm with no luck, and worry that they’ll never see him again. However, Mack is determined to find his way home, and despite feeling alone and frightened, he presses on until he does just that.
